This will wake the soil up
This cabbage has been grown from seed & planted by: Dayna, Maci and Stephen.
This plot has added coffee grounds. These used coffee grounds are acidic, and may change the colour of this red cabbage. The texture helps to deters slugs and snails. They are a waste product of the Wildflower Cafe on site here at the Butler Gallery. What other waste soloutions from the food industry could help our soil?
